I believe I have a word from God for this church. I woke up thinking about our church body and how God feels about us. I asked God what He want's me to share with the church and here is what He said:
"You are worth every drop of blood I shed, every single moment I spent, every tear, every heartbeat, every breath. You were worth it then and you're worth it now. If I had to do it again, I would, but I don't have to. I got it right. My work at Calvary was a complete success. It is finished. I set things right on your behalf, for all time. You are valuable to me and you are worth every penny I have in store for you, for I know the plans I have for you (Jer 29:11). You were a wise decision. I am wisdom and I chose you. You wonder "How could you love me?", but I wonder, how could I not? You are my kids. My beloved children. What kind of a father would I be if I didn't love you? You don't determine your value. You can neither increase it nor decrease it. You can't increase your value by making wise decisions and you certainly can't decrease your value by making foolish ones. Your value is set by me. You can't find your value through anyone's eyes but mine. You don't see what I see. Your image of yourself is just a dimly lit shadow of who you really are. Keep your heart inclined to me (my word), and I will bring my image of you into focus. Your life is hidden with Christ, and when Christ, who is your life, is revealed, then you will be revealed with Him. For right now, what you see in a mirror is a riddle, a mystery. You don't understand what you see in yourself, but there will come a day when that image you see in a mirror becomes clear. When your partial understanding becomes complete, then you will finally see what I have seen all along. You're worth it."
